In the event that you are dissatisfied with your clothing purchase and need to complete a return, we can offer store credit in most cases.  Store credit will only be given for the item and sales tax- no shipping costs will be refunded.  You have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it.  To be eligible for a return your item must be returned in its original condition.  It must have the original tags still intact and may not be worn or washed.  Your item may not be returned if it has any stains whatsoever, animal hair, smoke, perfume/cologne scents or any other signs of wear or use.   The customer is responsible for return shipping & packaging costs. When returning an item, it is recommended to provide a tracking number. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of your return status.  If your returned item is unable to be re-stocked in its returned condition, you will be subject to the return shipping fees to get the product back.  There are NO returns or exchanges on pre-order items, jewelry, hats, gift items, home decor or hair accessories.  You can e-mail us at hello@anchoredblissboutique.com for any further questions.
